The objectives of the event were identified activation of economic cooperation, presentation of investment, economic, agro-industrial and energy potential of Vinnytsia region, as well as the establishment of new partner contacts and mutually beneficial cooperation.

The Forum was attended by representatives of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, enterprises and organizations of the region, as well as international organizations and institutions.

PMU of UKR IEE «Introduction of Energy Management System Standard in Ukrainian Industry» also took active part in the mentioned Forum. Representatives of the group have been made following reports:
