Alexey Paschenko

National Project Coordinator of the UKR IEE Project.

Mr. Alexey Paschenko is an energy engineer and project manager with more than 30 years of experience. He provided advisory services to international agencies/organizations (UNIDO, UNDP, GIZ), local and foreign companies in Ukraine in order to guide their investments in the Ukrainian energy and energy efficiency sector.

Mr. Alexey Paschenko has University degree in Energy/Power Engineering from National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Evgenij Inshekov

National Training Coordinator and Expert on Standardisation.

Key qualifications: consultancy and training courses in the field of energy efficiency, energy audit & management, energy and environmental issues, renewable energy, energy and climate change problems, “green” economy, organization and conducting of the educational and training process. Long and short terms local expert for international technical assistant projects (EU-TACIS, FP6, FP7, USAID, GIZ, UNDP, UNIDO and others).

Certified Energy Manager – CEM, Ph.D., Assoc. Professor, power engineer (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Diploma with distinction).

 

Serhiy Porovskyy

Energy Efficiency Financing and Policy Expert for the Project.

Mr. Porovskyy has excellent over 14-yr experience and successful track record of project development, advisory, and international financing in the areas of energy efficiency, renewables, climate change mitigation/reduction of GHGs emissions. Serhiy Porovskyy has a robust reputation as a financial expert and advisor to IFIs and UN agencies on financial mechanisms, management and control. He also helped the development of reforms in Ukrainian energy sector as Advisor to the Minister of Energy.

Mr. Porovskyy holds a specialized interdisciplinary academic background with Master of Science from the University of Arizona (Edmund Muskie Fellowship, Environmental Management and Policy) and a Specialist Degree with distinction in Hydro Power Engineering from the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources Use.
